Cookie notice
fortoxa.com sets no cookies — none for consent, none for analytics, none from a third party. This page exists so that the claim can be checked rather than taken on trust.
What is stored on your device
- No cookies, first-party or third-party. Nothing is set and nothing is read.
- No local storage, session storage or IndexedDB, so a draft is not kept between visits.
- No analytics, no advertising tag, no tracking pixel, no session recording and no fingerprinting.
- No third-party embeds. The typefaces are embedded in the page itself rather than loaded from a font service.
There is no cookie name, no purpose and no expiry to list, because there are no cookies to list. The enquiry form sends what you type to our own intake, where it is stored server-side: that is a submission you choose to make, not storage on your device, and nothing about it is kept in the browser.
Why there is no consent banner
Consent is needed under the UK's privacy and electronic communications rules to store information on your device, or read information from it, where that is not strictly necessary. This site stores nothing and reads nothing, so there is nothing to ask you about. A banner asking you to consent to nothing would be decoration — and a banner that remembered your choice would set the first cookie on a site that promises none.
What the server records anyway
Like every website, ours keeps ordinary technical records of requests — IP address, time, page requested, browser user agent. They exist for security and fault finding, are not combined with anything else, are not used to build a profile, and are kept only as long as they are useful for those two purposes. The privacy notice sets out the detail, including how to have an enquiry removed.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare — serves and protects this site at the edge, so it sees requests in transit.
- Google — hosts the mailbox we answer from, and hosts the vulnerability report form.
Neither is asked by our pages to set a cookie. You can confirm that yourself: request
any page on this site and the response carries no Set-Cookie line.
Checking this yourself
Open your browser's developer tools, then the storage or application panel, and look at what fortoxa.com has stored: the list is empty. This page is one file with no script, so there is nothing here that is able to run anything on your device.
Controlling cookies generally
Your browser will block or clear cookies for any site you choose. Blocking them changes nothing here, because there are none to block — you may still want to do it elsewhere.
Changes
If this ever stops being true, this page changes first, and the date below changes with it.
