These terms govern your use of the Fortoxa platform and website. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your organisation.

The service

Fortoxa provides continuous security monitoring, alerts, and compliance evidence tooling. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Fortoxa to attack systems you don't own or have permission to test.
• Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or billing.
• Don't upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are charged via Stripe in the currency shown at checkout. You can cancel from the customer portal at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fortoxa's total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
