Incident communication

During an incident we notify affected customers by email and, for paid plans, via the in-app notification centre. Post-incident reviews are published for customer-impacting incidents above Sev-2.

This page will be replaced with a live status provider before launch. The STATUS_PROVIDER_URL constant at the top of the source file controls the swap.
